Located on East Fifth & Military, Bottom of the Fifth has been serving customers tasty beverages since 1990 & exciting late-night eats since 2013.

Bruce Adams, then owner of JM’s Bar on First street, picked up his business and moved to East Fifth back in 1990 and opened up Bottom of the Fifth Sports Bar in the old Ships Inn/Landmark Inn building. Then in 2013, he decided that Benicia was missing something - a good late-night place to get quality food. So he re-modeled and opened the kitchen, and we’ve been pumping our tasty treats ever since!

While now an award-winning bar and grill, we have never forgotten our dive bar roots, remain closely tied to the Benicia community and anyone who hangs their hat at the corner of our bar. Come in for a cold drink, a hearty laugh, friendly conversation or some delicious dinner - we have it all right here.
